Are there setup fees or contracts?
No setup fees. No contracts. We bill monthly — cancel any time.
How long does it take to go live?
Most pizza shops are taking orders within 24–48 hours of starting their menu build. Even big multi-page menus typically take a couple of evenings.
What hardware do I actually need?
Anything that runs a modern browser. Receipt and kitchen printers need to be Windows-compatible (almost all are). For kitchen displays, a $200 mini-PC + any TV + USB numpad is a complete pizza station.
Can I bring my own merchant account?
Yes. We don't add a markup on your processing rates. Bring-your-own merchant accounts pair with USAePay as the payment gateway (gateway fees apply on top of your merchant rates). If you'd rather not deal with a separate merchant, use Stripe for flat-rate processing in one bill.
What if my internet goes down on a Friday night?
Pull the POS up on your phone over a hotspot. Many shops keep a spare LTE hotspot at the dispatch station for exactly this reason.
Does online ordering charge per-order fees?
No. Direct online ordering is included on Delivery and Operator. Customers order on your domain, your branding — you keep every dollar.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes — switch up any time and we pro-rate the upgrade. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you don't lose features mid-month.
Is my customer data mine?
Always. Export customers, orders, and history any time. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
